Noemi Hug Relationship Manager, Switzerland
- Her passion for impact investing led her to join responsAbility's Business Development team in 2022, where she oversees institutional and wholesale investors in Switzerland and Spain.
- Before joining responsAbility, she was a project manager at Credit Suisse for a strategic digitalization project within International Wealth Management.
- Prior to that, she worked in the field of international cooperation — as an associate at the Swiss Embassy in Peru, focusing on business and human rights, and at the Swiss Diplomats Network, which holds events on international politics. During her studies, she worked for the NGO International Blue Cross, who implements life skills programmes for disadvantaged youth in developing countries.
- She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Fribourg and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Zurich. As part of her master’s thesis, she collaborated with the asset manager Invethos and developed an impact measurement framework for benchmarking social housing investments across different markets.

- Holds a Master's of Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and a Master's in International Development and Public Policy from NOVA SBE
